Welcome to Leal Office Cleaning. By using our services or website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure transparency and protect both parties. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Leal Office Cleaning provides customized commercial cleaning services, including recurring daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings, as well as one-time deep cleans. Additional services such as window cleaning, power washing, and floor restoration are available through our specialized service teams and are quoted separately.
2. Booking & Approval
All service proposals are sent via email. Once reviewed, clients may approve the quote by clicking the “Approve” button in the proposal email. Approval of the proposal constitutes agreement to the scope, price, and terms of service.
3. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing building access at the scheduled service time. If our cleaners cannot access the site, a service fee may still apply. Any required building or office entry codes are securely stored in our system and accessed by the cleaning crew only the day prior to scheduled service.
4. Cancellations & Reschedules
To cancel or reschedule a service, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service charge. No-shows or cancellations at the time of arrival may be charged in full.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If any area of the cleaning is missed or unsatisfactory, clients must notify our office within 24 hours of the service. We will return and re-clean the missed areas within two business days from the original cleaning date at no additional cost.
6. Limitations of Service
Our regular office cleaning crews are not trained or equipped to handle the following:
High interior windows
Exterior windows
Outdoor areas (e.g., trash rooms, parking lots)
Deep floor scrubbing or restoration
These services can be scheduled separately and are performed by our specialized cleaning teams.
7. Payments & Late Fees
We accept payment by credit/debit card, ACH, and checks. All invoices are due according to the terms stated in the proposal or invoice. If payment is not received by the due date, a 5% late fee will be added to the following month’s invoice.
8. Insurance & Liability
Leal Office Cleaning is fully bonded and insured with commercial liability coverage. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, unsecured valuables, or equipment failure outside our control.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information you provide is used strictly for service delivery and internal coordination. We do not sell or share client information. Access codes and entry instructions are stored securely and only made visible to authorized staff a day prior to the scheduled service.
10. Changes to These Terms
Leal Office Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
